How do female teachers versus male teachers respond to their students?
According to our research female teachers are more patient than male teachers. Males have less tolerance towards the students and only want to give directions and discipline once. Female teachers give the students more freedom, but when they do want something done it has got to be done then and be done right.

Which gender do male and female teachers respond to the most?
Our research indicates that the female teachers responded more to the boys for the fact that they were the ones answering and carrying on with explanations. The male teachers tended to be half and half.

Does the gender of the teacher affect the way they treat their students?
Yes, overall male and female teachers treat their students equally. Female teachers are more nurturing than males and that is why they teach younger age levels. Men are classified as the less sensitive gender and this occupation requires compassion which women are capable and willing to give.
